Welcome to DIZILOGGER. By accessing or using our SaaS platform for online medical e-logs, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform Usage

You agree to use DIZILOGGER for lawful educational and professional logging purposes. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

2. Medical Data & Patient Anonymity

Users must not enter Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI) of patients into the e-logbook without complete anonymization. You must comply with all local healthcare data regulations. DIZILOGGER is not liable for data entry practices that breach patient confidentiality.

3. Intellectual Property

All software code, designs, and content on this platform belong to DIZILOGGER. You are granted a limited license to use the software while your account is active.

4. Service Availability & Force Majeure

While we strive to ensure continuous access to DIZILOGGER, we are not liable for any service interruptions, data access delays, or platform downtime resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, national or global crises, widespread internet or telecommunications infrastructure failures, natural disasters, acts of war, or government actions (Force Majeure).
