Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our SaaS platform, all sales are final. We strictly do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any subscription payments once they have been processed.
2. No Cancellations
Once a payment has been successfully processed and access to the DIZILOGGER platform is granted, the order cannot be cancelled. We do not accept cancellation requests for active subscription terms or mid-cycle dropouts.
3. End of Subscription Term
Your account access will remain active for the complete duration of your purchased billing cycle. If you do not wish to continue using DIZILOGGER, you simply let your subscription expire at the end of your current term without renewing. We highly recommend exporting your e-logs prior to the expiration of your account to avoid any loss of educational data.
